I’m a Sales and Business executive at Microsoft, based in São Paulo, Brazil. For over 20 years, I’ve been working in the tech industry — helping companies navigate their digital transformation journeys through solutions like Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI.
But this blog isn’t about that.
Why This Blog Exists
I’m a voracious learner. Books on leadership, psychology, negotiation, personal growth, philosophy, technology — if it helps me understand people and the world a little better, I’m in. At some point, I realized that writing about what I read forces me to think deeper. And sharing those reflections creates conversations I wouldn’t have otherwise.
So this blog is my space to explore ideas that fascinate me. It’s where I connect the dots between a Stoic philosopher from 2,000 years ago and a negotiation tactic used by the FBI. Where I review books that changed how I think — and challenge the ones that didn’t live up to the hype.

When I’m not reading or writing, you might find me paragliding over the mountains near São Paulo, learning to ride motorcycles (still a beginner — wish me luck), singing way too loudly in the car, or volunteering with local charities. I believe in living a full life — not just a productive one.

Por Que Esse Blog Existe
Sou um aprendiz voraz. Livros sobre liderança, psicologia, negociação, crescimento pessoal, filosofia, tecnologia — se me ajuda a entender pessoas e o mundo um pouco melhor, estou dentro. Em algum momento, percebi que escrever sobre o que leio me obriga a pensar mais fundo. E compartilhar essas reflexões cria conversas que eu não teria de outra forma.
Então esse blog é meu espaço para explorar ideias que me fascinam. É onde conecto os pontos entre um filósofo estoico de 2.000 anos atrás e uma técnica de negociação usada pelo FBI. Onde faço resenhas de livros que mudaram minha forma de pensar — e questiono os que não fizeram jus à fama.
