Free parking in malls SP - New Bill

Provides for the collection of parking fee for "mall".

THE PRESIDENT OF THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY:
I know that the Legislative Assembly decrees and I promulgate, pursuant to Article 28, § 8, of the State Constitution, the following law:
Article 1 - are exempt from paying fees for the use of parking, billed as "shopping centers" installed in the State of São Paulo, customers who prove expenditure of at least 10 (ten) times the amount of that fee.
§ 1 - The gratuity referred to in the "caption" will be effective only upon submission of invoices evidencing the expenditure made in the establishment.
§ 2 - The invoices must necessarily date from the same day that the client does demand a gratuity.
Article 2 - The permanence of the vehicle for up to twenty (20) minutes in the parking lot of the establishments mentioned in Article 1 should be free.
Article 3 - The benefit of this law can only be perceived by the customer to stay for a maximum of six (6) hours inside the "mall".
§ 1 - The residence time of the client within the establishment should be evidenced by issuance of a document upon its entry into their parking lot.
§ 2 - If the customer exceeds the allotted time for the grant of gratuity, will force the price list car normally used by the establishment.
Article 4 - They are the "mall" required to disclose the contents of this law by putting up posters in their premises.
Article 5 - This Act shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
