DISPÕE SOBRE A ISENÇÃO DO PAGAMENTO DE TAXA DE 2ª VIA (SEGUNDA VIA) DE DOCUMENTOS ROUBADOS, QUANDO EXPEDIDOS POR ÓRGÃOS PÚBLICOS DO ESTADO DO RIO DE JANEIRO. DISPÕE ON EXEMPTION FROM PAYMENT OF RATE 2nd ROUTE (Second VIA) ROUBADOS OF DOCUMENTS, WHEN EXPEDIDOS BY PUBLIC BODIES OF THE STATE OF RIO DE JANEIRO.

DECRETA : DECRETA:

Art. 1º - Fica o Estado do Rio de Janeiro responsável pela liberação da cobrança da taxa de 2ª via, referente a documentos emitidos por órgãos públicos estaduais, quando envolverem quaisquer tipos de roubo e/ou furto.
