Toda a pessoa tem direito, em plena igualdade, a que a sua causa seja equitativa e publicamente julgada por um tribunal independente e imparcial que decida dos seus direitos e obrigações ou das razões de qualquer acusação em matéria penal que contra ela seja deduzida. Artigo 11° Article 11

Artigo 21° Article 21

1. Toda a pessoa tem o direito de tomar parte na direcção dos negócios, públicos do seu país, quer directamente, quer por intermédio de representantes livremente escolhidos. 2. Todos têm direito à protecção dos interesses morais e materiais ligados a qualquer produção científica, literária ou artística da sua autoria. Everyone is entitled to the protection of moral and material interests associated with any production scientific, literary or artistic of its authors.

Artigo 28° Article 28

Toda a pessoa tem direito a que reine, no plano social e no plano internacional, uma ordem capaz de tornar plenamente efectivos os direitos e as liberdades enunciadas na presente Declaração.
